Virtual Therapy for Women

I designed my practice with you, the client, in mind. SYV Therapy is dedicated to supporting women in finding balance, peace, and happiness within their lives, in a convenient and relaxing environment.

Note: SYV Therapy uses a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. Some of the modalities used are : Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, Nature Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Coaching. Sessions may include a combination of worksheets, mindfulness activities, and traditional talk therapy, depending on what motivates you as the client.
